Nanhua Tooling Co. is a private company specialized in manufacturing all kinds of mechanical parts/components with rich experiences in machining, welding, forging, heat treatment and punching. It is transformed from a state owned enterprise Laogang Machinery Co. which is founded in 70’s and cooperated with Shanghai Machinery Import/Export Co. Located in Laogang, Nanhui District of Shanghai, it is very convenient for logistics/transportation.

Since its transform in 1995, Nanhua continues to improve the facilities to ensure a more comfortable working environment. More important, Nanhua invested quite a lot new equipment (lathe, grinding machine, CNC machine, etc.) to enhance the capacity.
To better control quality of our products, Nanhua put a lot of efforts to build quality control system and the company is certified with ISO 9001:2000 in year 2005.
Grow with the company, Nanhua’s 72 employees (including 5 production supervisors, 3 technicians, 6 quality control engineers, 3 jig and fixture workers and 53 operators/workers) enjoyed their time to work and learn in our plants.   

The company is currently focusing on produce different kind of pins for construction equipment, such as weld pins, heat treated pins and smooth pins. The output is over 1,000 tons of pins per year. Our main customers are world-famous engineering equipment manufacturers in US and Europe. Thanks to the efforts made by all employees, Nanhua is now the one of the biggest pins suppliers in China. Moreover, with the development of China’s local machining industry, Nanhua has established long-term relationships with other European and American customers taking advantage of its know how/expertise and newly installed equipment. The products cover automotive industry, medical equipment, food equipment, and so on.

On the other hand, Nanhua has built sound relationship with its suppliers in long-term to secure the quality of its products. Our strategic partners, including raw material provider, precision casting supplier, heat treatment supplier, plating supplier, are very reliable and committed for quality products.
